Kirkriya Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction & Acceptance

Kirkriya (kirkriya.net) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Kirkriya website and all of its services.

By creating an account or using the Kirkriya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Account Registration

To open an account on Kirkriya, you must comply with the following requirements:

• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful.
• Only one account can be created per mobile number.
• Kirkriya may request your National ID or other documents at any time for account verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.

KYC Verification Process

Kirkriya follows internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. You may be required to verify your identity after registration or before making a withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.

03 User Eligibility

Kirkriya is intended only for individuals who are legally permitted to use online gaming platforms. The following conditions must be met to hold an account on Kirkriya:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Users must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Any person prohibited from gaming by a court order may not use Kirkriya.
• Kirkriya employees and their immediate family members are generally not permitted to place bets on the platform.

04 Payments & Transactions

Kirkriya supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The payment rules are as follows:

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits must be made only from a Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account used to make the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing may take between 1 and 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Kirkriya does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Kirkriya regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users one time only.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Kirkriya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from free-spin bonuses are generally subject to separate wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Kirkriya:

General Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — regardless of the outcome.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, Kirkriya reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an odds error occurs in the system, Kirkriya reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets are not accepted once a match has started.
• In live betting, if a bet is not confirmed within the required time, it will be automatically cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or relocated, the related bet will generally be declared void.

Casino Games

• All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is displayed in the game lobby.
• In the event of a disconnection, your game state is saved on the server and can be recovered once you reconnect.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kirkriya platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using money laundering or illegal funds on Kirkriya.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Infringing on Kirkriya's intellectual property or copyright.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Kirkriya reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If the information provided is false or incomplete.
• If KYC verification is not completed.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• By order of a court or for legal compliance reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. To reactivate a closed account, you will need to submit a request to support.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Kirkriya uses industry-standard SSL encryption and two-factor security to keep your account and transactions safe. However, users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion option — lock your account yourself for a set period of time.

Under all circumstances, Kirkriya's maximum liability to any user is limited to that user's current account balance.
